Highway system with vibration
For packaging, we suggest our Highway system. It has been designed and engineered for high-speed processing of most of the capsules that are currently on the market. The system has been customized to ensure capsule integrity and permits high-speed capsule processing on a mat. Its structure reduces noise. With a built-in hopper that can be adjusted according to the required autonomy, the system processes capsules in configurations that can vary from 1 to 4 paths. Simple adjustments enable different capsule models to be adjusted by the same machine. Its control panel ensures a turnkey solution. The Highway line is recommended for speeds up to 300 items a minute and provides a high output system that is compact and economical.
Highway system with roller conveyor
Unlike the linear Highway, the roller conveyor version has been designed for customers who require even higher speeds. The system can process most capsules that are currently on the market at up to 600 items a minute. Its structure ensures noise reduction. With a built-in hopper that can be adjusted according to the required autonomy, the system processes capsules in configurations that can vary from 1 to 6 paths. Simple adjustments enable different capsule models to be processed by the same machine. Its control panel ensures a turnkey solution.
The tunnel sorting system is the fruit of years of experience and enables coffee capsules to be processed in 2 to 4-path configurations. We provide the solution for processing different types of capsule by just making a few simple adjustments to format changes. Recommended for medium/high speeds, the system can process up to 400 items a minute.
Combined system for two different types of product
System designed to process two different models of full capsule with two different machines and convey both models to a single outlet belt. A recovery system enables incorrectly oriented capsules to be recovered on a second path so and thus increases capsule processing output. System designed for production speeds up to 600 items a minute that is able to process Lavazza a modo mio® capsules and Nespresso-compatible capsules. The plant consists of a mechanical orientator and a centrifugal orientator and simple adjustments enable one capsule rather than another capsule to be processed.
System with vibration
Ideal solution for medium/low production speeds. The vibrator uses customized format changes to process most capsules currently on the market. The vibrator is recommended for production speeds up to 80 capsules a minute and is a high-performance and compact solution. Combined with a customized loading hopper and control panel, we offer a compact turnkey solution that ensures optimum results and low consumption.
