Linear Highway compact system
For filling, we suggest our Highway system. It has been designed and engineered for processing most of the capsules that are currently on the market. Its structure ensures noise reduction. With a built-in hopper that can be adjusted according to the required autonomy, the system processes capsules in configurations that can vary from 1 to 4 paths. Simple adjustments enable different capsule models to be processed by the same machine. Its control panel ensures a turnkey solution. The Highway line is recommended for speeds up to 400 items a minute and constitutes a high output system that is compact and economical.
Compact roller conveyor Highway system
Unlike the linear Highway system, the roller conveyor version has been designed for customers who require even higher speeds. The system can process most capsules that are currently on the market at up to 600 items a minute. Its structure ensures noise reduction. With a built-in hopper that can be adjusted according to the required autonomy the system processes capsules in configurations that can vary from 1 to 6 paths. Simple adjustments enable different capsule models to be processed by the same machine. Its control panel ensures a turnkey solution.
Multi-line sorting system with revolver
A patented Sarg solution that enables capsules to be processed that are compatible with Nespresso®, Dolce Gusto® and A modo mio®. The revolver is a system designed for 4 to 16-path configurations and is usually used for high-speed solutions. Combined with a mechanical or centrifugal orientator, the revolver can process up to 1000 items a minute. The plant is combined with a customized loading hopper, consists of a customized support structure to complement the selection system and a multi-line storage channel and is controlled by a control panel.
Multi-line sorting system with tunnel
The tunnel sorting system is the fruit of years of experience and enables coffee capsules to be processed in 2 to 4-path configurations. We provide the solution for processing different types of capsule by just making a few simple adjustments to format changes. Recommended for medium/high speeds, the system can process up to 400 items a minute.
High-performance pitch spacing system
Sarg presents a new system to pace/space items to facilitate interfacing with the customer’s machine. The feed screw ensures a constant pitch with customized solutions that can vary in number according to final needs. The plant is combined with a customized loading hopper and consists of a customized support structure and a control panel to provide a turnkey solution.

Ideal solution for medium/low production speeds. The vibrator uses customized format changes to process most capsules currently on the market. Can be customized with 1 to 3-path configurations and guarantees speeds from 60 to 180 items a minute.
