Owing to the experience garnered over the years, we are able to present our standard solution for processing most of the triggers that are currently available on the market. At guaranteed speeds of up to 40 items a minute, several models can be processed with the same format. If for technical reasons this is not possible, owing to rapid format changes it is also possible to process many different models. Owing to its dimensions, we offer a compact and functional solution. A customized selection enables a precise orientation to be requested that facilitates the interface with the customer’s machine.

Customized system for processing caps of different dimensions with the same cup. Simple adjustments make it possible to simultaneously process several models and reduce format-changing time. The customized fixed points make it easy for the end customer to change the setting so as to be able to work completely independently. Combined with a loading hopper, the system can be supplied with a channel, support structure and control panel.

The combined loading hopper that can vary according to the required autonomy, and the plant consisting of an air channel, a support structure, noise damping protection and control panel make the machine a turnkey project. Recommended for production rates up to 150 items a minute.
