Despite the COVID pandemic, SARG continues to invest in training young talent. We are looking for 3 additional young individuals to join our company on an apprenticeship contract.
After three placements in early 2021, we are moving forward on a path of growth. We believe that companies have a moral obligation to contribute to the training of young people who have a passion for the engineering sector.
The program will last 30 months and will involve switching between different departments in order to learn the craft of orientation from the ground up, following a structured approach, to achieve the professionalism required in a specialized field such as ours.
Throughout 2021, SARG will keep on training young people and provide further insertions, in order to guarantee in the future, with continuity, the excellent products that our customers are accustomed to receive.
